Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within two business days from the time of purchase. However, please note that rare circumstances outside our control may cause additional delays. This may be due to local regional holidays, weather events, staffing restrictions due to Covid-19, and other unforeseen challenges.

We work closely with the best couriers in the industry, including FedEx, DPD, and UPS. During busy months, they may also experience backlog, resulting in late delivery of your package.

Canada

Please note we are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes; kindly provide an alternate shipping address at checkout.

7mesh will ship your order from our warehouse in Squamish, BC.

GST, HST and or PST are calculated on check out.

Standard ground shipping is free of charge to all Canadian Provinces on orders over $100 CAD. Express shipping services are available for an additional charge, and you will see these options at check out.

Squamish Local Pick Up

Pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Squamish, BC. This option will be available at checkout when you enter a shipping address in BC, Canada. If you are coming in from out of town, you can use our warehouse address below as the ship to.

After placing your order, you will receive a second email when your order is ready to pick up and instructions. Please do not arrive until you receive this confirmation.

Pick up hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

Please note: this facility is for merchandise pick up only, and we are not able to provide room to try on, or to process exchanges. Please contact service@7mesh.com to arrange and exchange or return.

United States

In most cases, 7mesh will ship your order from our Canadian warehouse in Squamish, BC.

Local taxes are not assessed by 7mesh and may be your responsibility. Check your local state laws.

UPS Ground shipping is free of charge on orders over $100 USD. UPS Express options are available at an additional charge.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes (APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes). Please provide us your street address.

*United States includes: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam. Excludes the regions: Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau.

Europe

7mesh will ship your order from our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Your order will be delivered with all import duties paid. All prices on our site include VAT.

Ground shipping is free of charge on orders over 100 Euro / 100 CHF. Express services are available at an additional charge.

UK

7mesh will ship your order from our warehouse in East London.

Your order will be delivered with all import duties paid. All prices on our site include VAT.

DPD Express shipping is free of charge on orders over 100 GBP.

Other Countries

Select the "International" region for shipments to: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Mexico, Colombia, Taiwan, South Africa and Singapore.

Orders for these countries can be processed on 7mesh.com, and will ship from our warehouse in Squamish, Canada.

International orders for countries we are able to service will be charged a $40 USD flat rate shipping fee. Orders over $500 USD ship free of charge.

Local taxes, import fees and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping for any returning items from these locations is the responsibility of the customer.
