Made for rides that are more about finding your way than crossing the finish line, the Chilco Anorak features our new proprietary thermal insulation WTV, an advanced, lightweight loft fabric that dynamically retains or releases heat as you ride. Paired with a woven wind protective outer face fabric, the Chilco Anorak is an exceptionally comfortable second layer that also feels great against the skin. 

The cozy structured hood has an elasticated edge and works with or without a helmet. A large dual-zippered pouch leaves plenty of space for a map, compass or selection of snacks. When night falls, front and rear 7mesh reflective logos help you stay seen.

Relaxed Fit

I have been using the Chiloc Anorak for a few months now over the course of the winter here in the UK. It has been cold and wet for months. I have been amazed at how the Anorak works. I have been able to stay warm, but not overheat, which seems bizarre. I have not used anything that has been able to do this so well. I have as a result been more comfortable riding in all weathers with varying degrees of effort. I have been so impressed I have also ordered the gilet version for when the weather begins to turn.

How it works is a mystery - But it works well

The anorak is an excellent match, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its quality. It's incredibly light and comfortable while effectively blocking the wind. It's in fact ridiculous how good it is.

Best piece of clothing in my wardrobe

Have worn this Chilco Anorak for 5 rides and it's a game-changer. I can now ditch my jacket unless its raining as this provides all the coverage I need. Got a size small (145lbs 5'8) and it fits perfect. Hard to take off actually as I find myself wearing it around the house. Well done 7Mesh!

Great piece!

I am very impressed with this item. It is so lightweight and comfortable. Blocks wind very well. Honestly, I was skeptical about the claims of this Anorak, but I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate they were. Sizing is right on.

Great fit and amazing garment

sunny and -5° Celsius, windy and 10° Celsius, misty mornings and rainy evenings, 45min or 5hours, running, hiking and of course mtbiking. I just grab my Chilco Anorak and go for it. No need to think about the perfect layering or clothing at all. I have no idea how they made this possible but even when you start getting warmer and sweat a little bit, you're never getting cold. The wind stays out and as soon as you start moving even in temperatures below freezing you feel comfortably warm. I always wear my Desperado Merino as a base layer. 
6ft5, long arms and broad shoulders I've choosen the XLarge which gives it a relaxed and laid-back look. If I would have bought it for XC or gravel only, i yould have choosen a size smaller, but for Enduro, Trail, hiking or around town the XL is perfect.
I have yet to understand the use case for this chest pocket. It's not warming your hands, does not hold your smartphone in place or functions as a storage pocket for the jacket itself. But hey, at least it looks good.

The perfect time saver

I bought this for fall riding but it has been my go to piece for winter fat biking. I've ridden in 0 to -15 degrees celsius and it has been perfect. I'm recommending it to anyone who will listen to me! For reference, I'm 6'3", 210lb and I'm wearing a size large.

Short review. Get this you won't regret it. Works perfectly well in cold Scandinavia and temperature range is great. Soft to skin as well! Im 5'9'' and 140 lbs and small fits is perfect. 7mesh has the best fit of all manufacturers out there in my opinion!

Soo good!

After getting hands-on with this piece at the BC Bike Show, I ordered one for myself. The fabric is quite unique and does an excellent job as a mid layer. The fit is in line with my Skypilot shell.
