From autumn to spring, the Synergy is a high rotation ‘jacket-lite’ bike jersey offering wind protection, warmth and resistance to road spray. Fronted by GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ Softshell on the body and arms and a soft, brushed interior loft fabric everywhere else, the Synergy is the perfect all-day outer layer for off-season training, weekend rides and dawn patrols.

Built with five rear pockets in all, the Synergy offers three classic top loaders and two horizontal loading pockets, each with a secure zippered closure on the side and buttonhole pass-throughs for cable routing. A full-length AquaGuard Vision front zip provides added weather protection and easy venting.

O. K. , I'm not a gusher, but I gotta say this jersey exceeded expectations. The windproof front with fully breathable rear is beyond awesome. the sleeves are actually long enough for a taller dude and the fit is spot on with a long body section in rear making pockets accessible. The 5 pocket system is awesome'sauce. I like the chunkier YKK zipper instead of some micro-coil. Honestly, if I was designing a shoulder season jersey, this exceeds what I would have come up with. I purchased in reddish color, and that also goes well with tons of stuff. So I've warn it over a light base layer for temps into upper 30's with hills, over heavy base layer for temps in 30's flat no effort. Just jersey is good for down to maybe 45 with hills, 50'ish with flat no effort rides. I've warn it on a day that got to high 50's and it was actually a bit warm on climbs needing some unzipping. It's not insulated, but it does a really good job of temperature regulation. I've also warn it under a windproof coat over a micro base layer in 20's but I'm not sure what that tells you. If you put a buff with it, totally covers neck and you'll be overheating before yo know it. Chapo' 7'mesh, you got this one right.

Synergy, large, I'm 73" tall, 42" chest

Finally had a chance to try out this jersey week on a short (1 hr) gravel ride - it's amazing!! Stops the wind but I could feel the ventilation working under my arms and on my back, as advertised. It kept me the perfect temp on short (5-8 min) climbs, going faster along the flats and on short descents. Layered with a very thin LS base. Plenty warm but not sweaty. 

The cut and fit is excellent - clearly designed for cycling. The craftsmanship, like all things 7Mesh, is top notch. 

Conditions: 7 degrees, dry, little to no wind. 

Sizing: I'm 5'11" 175lbs, the M fit per spec in the 7Mesh sizing chart but I traded it for a L just to have a tad more room. 

This is my first kit with the Gore Infinium tech (Windstopper now I suppose), so don't have a lot to compare with but it easily now one of my favourite pieces. I recommend it!

Synergy Jersey is great! It works, fits great,

On my last 100km gravel ride, I had Synergy jersey under a Seton vest and was comfortable throughout the whole ride. With temperatures that varied from11.1-16.5°C, as well as windy and drizzly weather, this was the perfect jersey to make it through day.

All Conditions Gear

Very good jersey for 8-14º C rides, with a base layer. Good wind protection and comfortable even with light rain. It is very light and the fit is perfect.

10deg c outside had a skins layer on and this jersey and long pants and it was an enjoyable ride. Even on the fast downhill descents I was comfortable never got cold or a windchill. Breathability was excellent I was sweating slightly after a 80% paced ride.

I have been wearing the jacket for a few years for road and gravel riding. The material has held up very well and the jacket is warm for cooler days.
I recommend this piece as a mid or stand alone layer.

Probably my favourite piece of kit right now! The construction is flawless, the fit is fitted but not overly aero tight or anything like that. Just about perfect with just a baselayer underneath. Might be able to squeeze in a tight jersey but that seems unnecessary. (I'm 5'5, 140ish pounds, 37 inch chest, 30/31 waist and the small is bang on).

It breathes supremely well keeping things comfortable when it heats up, but blocks wind and weather well from the front. The use range is probably best between 10-18 Celsius though it could be pushed a bit either side on the start or end of a ride. I have another "scorpion" brand goretex infinitum jacket that runs about the same retail price and it feels far inferior. I also quite like the elastic on the inside of the pockets that helps keep everything in place. 

I'm reaching for this one whenever I can. Well worth it in every way.

I've tried other brand's longsleeve jerseys, and they just fail to keep you warm from the windchill. Wearing a jacket for windchill is overkill. This jersey is the perfect solution. You won't be disappointed. Hoping for brighter colors in the future.
