The Chilco Vest features our new proprietary balance thermal insulation WTV, an advanced, lightweight loft fabric that retains or releases heat as you ride. Paired with a woven wind protective outer face fabric, the Chilco Vest works great as a second layer, but feels just as good against the skin, too. 

A large single-zip rear pocket provides plenty of space for snacks and supplies. Handily, the pocket also stows the vest when out of use, and can even attach to your frame thanks to its hidden storage straps.

Awesome vest!

I bought it for spring/fall riding and it has been a great addition for cool weather riding. I'm even running in the winter with it and it's perfect to keep my core warm but still breathable. I'm 6'3" and 210lb, wearing a size large.

Fantastic Vest!

At first, the price made me think twice before buying. I now have two of these vests, and you really get what you paid for. The material is very warm but breathable, it keeps you comfortable in chilly mornings without making you sweaty. Highly recommend, pairs well with a long sleeve riding shirt or jersey. Also stylish enough for around town errands.

Another great piece

I've had one of these for a while and it's now my favourite vest. I would choose a Cypress Hybrid vest or jacket for days with rain, but if it's just cool, then this wins. It's also great as a layering piece in cold temps, also for walking/hiking. The best things are the snug but not tight fit, and the pocket on the back that handles your ID and a phone. I'm 193cm, 190 lbs and L is great.

Superb vest

This vest is a really great balance of so many things: cuts the wind, but still allows some airflow. Warm, but not too warm. Trim fit, but not so tight it would look out of place if you wear it into a cafe or while running errands. Also, the clips that allow you to attach it to your bike frame are a great invention, as it makes the decision of whether to bring this vest on a ride much easier.

The perfect all-around cycling vest

The vest is comfortable and provides great core warmth on cool morning rides. Sizing is true to other 7 Mesh apparel. Will be a go to piece of riding gear. Front pockets would be nice.

Functional and Comfortable

You may not know you need this, but you do. The ease of storage and warmth this provides will make it a staple in all but the warmest summer months. The cut is perfect, just loose enough to wear comfortably with baggies with zero upper body restriction. Instantly one of my go-to pieces for every ride since purchase.

The one missing piece to your collection

Another super high quality product from 7mesh. Materials are A1 and the fit is great. Im 5'9 175lbs and bought the medium. 

I probably wear this piece 3 times a week? It is must pack in my riding bag and always take it with me for alpine adventures( its packs into itself and you can strap it to your bike!) The one pocket is great, stretchy enough to fit a light pair of knee pads, little pump and a tool but has enough structure that things are not bouncing around all over the place. Only thing I would change is it would be nice to have to front pockets? 

WTV material is one of a kind, it has some water resistant characteristic, wind proof and breathable. It is also warmer than anticipated!

Something so simplistic bring me so much joy!

I really love this piece. It provides extra insulation and wind protection well suited for PNW fall or spring conditions. It pairs well with the 7mesh Gryphon crew long sleeve or other lightweight fleece. Insulating without adding bulk. I have yet to use the frame strap feature but the rear zip pocket is large enough for a 6.5x3 inch cellphone. For reference I'm 5'8, 155lbs and the small is just right: trim with enough room for layering a base layer and light fleece. Length is good too with a slight tail to cover your butt. Bonus: it looks pretty darn sharp!
