Men's Farside Long Short - Men's Mountain Trail Short

Delighted with my new Farside. The order arrived quickly and without problems, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable pants, perfect for any spring or summer ride. They're very comfortable and durable, and they fit very well while riding. No problem with the sizing guide, since they were my first 7mesh, the first of many, for sure.

Got these in brown (loam), blue and an orang-ish pair in the short version. The best shorts ever..full stop.

My first pair survived 300km off road bike packing and hike a bike in the Alps and I'm wearing them now on a family holiday 3 years later. 
Cannot fault, must get in black as then would not stain at all... Mine have some oil stains from chains etc but that's to be expected.

The best

Every time somebody says 'you don't even notice it's there' i've never known what they mean...untill now. Wore my new short last week for the first time during a +200k gravelride and 'i didn't even noticed it was there!'Loved the lightness and softness of the fabric, perectly placed phonepocket. Conditions where wetwetwet, but short didn't feel soaked, but ask me in a while how the DWR finish will be, but for me it doesn't really matter: it's a short meant for warm sunny conditions, and i guess it will work perfect then. sizing: i'm 198 cm, 83 kg and the large fits me very well.

you don't even know it's there

The only regret I have about these shorts is not buying them sooner. Love the blend of tech materials with casual style. Fit is trim without being restrictive. They disappear on trail. Money will spent.

The perfect mtb short

These are my first pair of 7mesh shorts and I am very impressed. I wanted a slimmer fitting pair of shorts and these are excellent. They are very lightweight and hardly noticeable when riding. The pockets, especially the side pocket is perfectly placed and they are a very comfortable pair of shorts. They do seem to come up small, would usually buy a size medium but bought these in a size small. Like them so much, bought a second pair in a different colour.

Brilliant shorts

The feel of not having your shorts weigh you down is one reason I will give this 5 stars. I do like the cinch system on sides better than the front clasp system.

So light feeling

The Farside is a beautifully designed, well executed garment. The size large fits me perfectly ( 6’, 179 lbs). I love the material - it feels great and is durable. The shorts are the perfect length as well . They work well on the bike , on the the hiking trails , and around town as well. I love ‘em!
