Great shell Jacket
Great biking jacket that can be used on the road, trails and even every day! I live in a very humid are in the North of Quebec and this jacket not only keeps you dry but also protects you from high winds. Love the fit and fabric's feeling. I'm 5'9" and 189lbs and Large fits me pretty well (I'm usually M but the cut is fitted and felt tight at shoulders and waist).
Really recommend it as an laternative to typical bike rain jackets (higher price but worth the money when on sale).

At long last!
I've been looking for a Goretex jacket for everyday and general outdoor use. I was looking at a different brand but didn't really push through with my purchase until I discovered 7mesh. With my recent interest in biking, their jackets seemed like a perfect fit.
I pulled the trigger on the Revelation jacket (mainly because it was on sale, but still quite expensive) and I've been using it whenever there's a rain forecast.
The things I liked are:
1. Ventilation - Pit zips and vents in the arm are really useful during a bike ride.
2. Fit - it's sleek without being too baggy and you can fit a midlayer or just a shirt underneath
3. Removable hood - convenient if it's not raining and for the #aero gains
4. Weight - it's light but still feels sturdy
The not so (but not a dealbreaker):
1. Hood - I wish it provided more coverage around the sides of my face. It seems designed more for helmet use, which looks a bit odd (imo) when worn without one. It would be great if they offered a separate hood option with wider coverage for everyday use.
2. Color - I wanted another color aside from black and I realized black was ideal for my first Goretex Pro jacket. I hope they will offer more color options in the future.

Fantastic jacket!
This is my first jacket made for bicycling and I’m just amazed. It can take a beating, keeps me dry and it is so nice to be able to regulate the ventilation precisely. The tiny strings are unfortunately hard to get hold of. So opening a zipper takes some practice. But that is a minor gripe on a jacket that is so well done that you don’t feel that you wear it.
