Outstanding

I have been winter riding with jerseys & jackets with Windstopper and Assos windproof membrane for a long time. I have always finished my rides, cold and sweaty. 
The 7Mesh Seton Jersey with WTV 300 breathes so much better, I stay dry and warm. I have used the Seton jersey gravel riding with a base layer in temperatures 45-35 Deg F and have been very comfortable.

This is really well made peace of kit. Really kept me warm without overheating and absolutely love the pocket system in the back. I ware it as a 1st layer and have my mission jacket stowed away in the large stach pocket at the back incase it rains. I rate this 5 stars and would definitely recommend it for A/W cycling.

I'm a big guy pushing big watts on the flats, going fast, but my climbing is slow af, so I've been looking for that magic jersey to keep me warm on the flats and let me breathe and cool down when I'm going slow up the hill. . . this is the way, it's almost magical how well this fabric breathes and insulates.

Magic fabric

Although I bought it for gravel rides I’ve also worn it on a few road rides, it works for both amazingly well. With just a summer base layer I was comfortable starting a multi hour road ride at 15c with the sun out and finishing in the dark at 10c.

If I was being hyper critical I think the back/top of the shoulder area is a bit roomy for fast road rides (maybe I need to lift more…) and the front of the neck, whilst very comfy zipped fully it can dig in a bit if the zip is down an inch or two.

Performs brilliantly

When the temps drop below 8C this is your go to jersey. It's incredible warm and breathable yet keeps the wind out which is most crucial for cold weather and winter rides. Pair it with a vest or jacket and you are good to go below zero and will have fun no matter the eather

Perfect winter mountain bike kit here on the wet coast, where temps occasionally dip below freezing, but it's mostly cool and damp. I wear this jersey as a base layer, with a light jacket overtop on long descents, but otherwise it is just right. The long zipper is perfect for heat dissipation on the climbs. The fabric is very wind resistant, but still breathable, which contributes to its high comfort, and beads off light drizzle. I'm 6' (183cm) and 150 lb. (68 kg) and I wear a small. The armpits feel a bit tight when standing with your arms at your side, but this jersey is tailored perfectly for a typical riding position. One star less because it's made in China. (7mesh, you can do better)

Winter MTB kit

I don't know how 7mesh did it, but this is the perfect Fall/Winter Jersey! Somehow, it seems to regulate temperature for a wide range of conditions. It is now my favorite piece of kit!

Perfection

Very comfy fleece liner on the inside, so many pockets on the back and beautifully integrated reflective prints. Not completely wind proof for better ventilation but you can easily just wear a wind breaker or vest over the jersey. The fit is really made for gravel/road body position, so don't be surprised if it's a little tight around the chest when just standig straight
