Made for rides that are more about finding your way than crossing the finish line, the Chilco Anorak features our new proprietary thermal insulation WTV 300, an advanced, lightweight loft fabric that dynamically retains or releases heat as you ride. Paired with a woven wind protective outer face fabric, the Chilco Anorak is an exceptionally comfortable second layer that also feels great against the skin. 

The cozy structured hood has an elasticated edge and works with or without a helmet. A large dual-zippered pouch leaves plenty of space for a map, compass or selection of snacks. When night falls, front and rear 7mesh reflective logos help you stay seen.

Women's Chilco Anorak - Women's Trail Riding Thermal Hoody

I love my chilco anorak. It’s perfect for Welsh winter gravelling and mountain biking. I’ve worn it while on gravel rides recently and it was spot on. For mtb it’s a bit too warm for climbing in but for e-bike exploring in the mountains it’s exactly the right tool for the job. 
My only criticism is that the arms are really narrow and tight. There’s no way you’d get elbow protection under it so I’ll be wearing it for winter gravelling and e-bike adventures.

Really fab, comfortable jacket

This hoody is incredible in a variety of different conditions. It’s super great as a layering piece for colder days and has a nice about of wind protection. I’ve been super impressed with this. Would love to see some other colors and more subtle earthy tones. I got a size Small C34 W27 H36 ~130 lbs. XS-S is my usual size and i would say this is a relaxed fit on me with space in the chest and waist. Good amount of stretch across the fabric. I would say the arms are more fitted, would struggle to put a thick layer under.

Cozy and breathable

My most utilized trail thermal! It looks fantastic (super flattering), love that it's a quarter zip and man does it keep you cozy while riding. I use it for everything. Base layer in the off season riding conditions paired with the cache anorak or copilot and grit pants. Top layer for crisp alpine stops in the summer (I even have it in my car for a post ride car ride home in stead of a jacket). It's perfect. Love the kangaroo front pocket for stashing gloves and snacks or just a fun place to keep my hands in when I'm standing around on the trails.

I love how cozy this anorak is - I wear it all the time from fall to spring! The soft brushed interior is perfect. It's my go-to for everything, whether I'm chilling indoors on a rainy day or out exploring in the mountains. Warm, comfy, and simply cool.

My go to for commutes, MTB'ing, hiking, throwing over a t.shirt or tank or layering on chilly days. The hood is lined with warmth to keep the ears toasty, zipps up to block wind, even great for nights out on town creating the casual but stylish look.

Women’s Chilco Anorak

Another awesome piece of gear by 7mesh. Love the bright green colour more than I expected! Also love the big front pocket - so easy to stash so many things pre ride and during my ride too. Cozy and soft inside, nice amount of wind proofing. The fit is a bit weird - I agree that the arms are really narrow compared to the body. I normally take a M in 7mesh gear, and I’m happy with this in a M, though the body is very boxy compared to the arms.
