You anticipated my ideal cycling jacket, black with bright orange highlights. Stylish and visible, I like that it is also light so I will always pack it and I can layer underneath. A zipped pocket is important to me as well.
I discovered it as I rode behind a cyclist wearing it on a dull day.

Best waterproof jacket!!!
I can highly recommend this jacket, even managed to stay dry during a very wet week of cycling in Norway! Perfect cut and very comfortable.
Only thing to add would be a hood to avoid water running down the back of your neck when riding through very heavy downpours.

I waited a year to
I waited a year to write my review in order to be able to write my experience over several wears. And this jacket has never failed me, I just returned from a Pacific NW ride in a downpour. While my hands, feet and legs were soaked through, my Rebellion jacket kept me nice and dry! It always amazes me how dry my jersey and underclothing is while everything else is dripping wet. My riding buddy commented one very gray rainy day that she could see my jacket from a long distance…exactly the point. Great visibility on those everything-is-gray kind of rainy days. I love the zipper at the cuffs, so I can make it as tight or loose as I want; especially handy when I want to see my watch. The zippered pocket is just big enough for my small riding wallet with ID and some cash. The back of the jacket gives enough coverage to keep my back end dry. Definitely a thumb’s up on this jacket!
