Women's Gryphon Crew Long Sleeve

Designed to sit slightly off the body, Trim Fit products provide some room for light layering and feature mechanical (fabric) stretch or elastane, combined with articulated patterns.

Trim Fit

I am the biggest fan of merino, but on colder days up here in the west of Scotland, this is my go to base layer, hence my just buying a second. It’s so cosy, yet I never feel too hot and sweaty in it, and I can normally do a couple of short rides before I feel it needs a wash. Perfect design - just wish you would bring the mint green colour back so I can buy that one too! I’m a UK10 and the medium fit just right.

Perfect winter base

The Gryphon is an essential part of my Spring & Fall layering system and is the only baselayer I wear ski-touring on the north coast of BC. It doesn't cling to the skin when you're working up a sweat, and it dries so quickly. It's taken me a lot of years to nail down the perfect layering system, but this shirt paired with the Cache Anorak is my ultimate combo to beat the chill of Fall and early Spring riding and winter backcountry touring. 
In terms of sizing, I'm a small in 7Mesh (5'6', 118lbs) and I find it fits exactly how I want. Not skin tight, but not so baggy that it feels like it's bunching up under a shell. I have two of these shirts and I'm definitely considering a third. 7Mesh, please keep this in the lineup FOREVER :)

My Spring & Fall Go To

This shirt is very warm and dries out quickly, so you don't feel wet when sweating grinding up a hill and don't get chilled on the way down. A great base layer, so fits snug and should size up if you want it more roomy. The fabric really makes this shirt stand out, normally I would wear merino wool, but never again! I will definitely purchase another one.

Super warm base layer

To me, this is the best long sleeve I tried so far.
It keeps warm, even when getting wet - wherever from. Testride: 5°C, heavy rain, wind and mud - the Gryphon Long sleeve and the Revelation Jacket = perfect combination. Even after 5 hours it somehow felt still comfortable - like I could keep going forever.
I'm always between two sizes and chose the smaller one. Very good as a base layer but definitely too tight for wearing as outer shell. I think I need to get another one. Always sad when it's in the laundry anyway...

Best Baselayer ever!

I absolutely love this shirt. It feels like a warm hug when you are cold yet does not feel sweaty or wet in warmer weather. It is great for layering and looks nice so I can still wear it to work. And I love the yellow!!!

Amazing Shirt

This sweater just amazes me! It's as much comfy during very cold fat bike rides during the winter than during fall season rides! It is an almost year-long gear, making it very worth the price! The fabric is amazing, it dries very fast, I am about to buy a second one so I can just wear it during the day at work! Just love it!

A must have for colder conditions!

Nice trim fit and super warm. Very comfortable and breathable. The Gryphon Crew is the perfect layer for cooler temps. This will be great for fat-biking and xc skiing as well as mountain biking.

Picked this up for my partner a few weeks ago, and it's gone into high rotation for warm layers. She's normally wearing merino, but said that the Gryphon added more warmth while being very light and breathable. She also likes the fit. It looks really good on her!

I bought this specifically for fall/winter riding as a base layer since I find merino too itchy, but I find myself wearing it for everything! It's warm but not hot, super breathable, and never seems to get stinky. I will probably buy a second one in a size larger just to get a bit more length in the torso. Fits true to size, fitted but not tight.
