Made with a soft double-weave face for durability and a looped yarn at the back, the Farside dries fast and feels fabulous against the skin, even when you’re riding hard in hot conditions. For trail-side stops and evenings by the campfire, the short is trimmed with dual side hand pockets, and to the right and slightly to the rear, an extra zippered pocket to stow a smartphone, light snacks, or even a folded map. Clean finish laminated hems ensure smooth moves with every turn of the cranks, while reinforced crotch seams better resist the rough and tumble of the trail. Reflective details and a zippered fly complete the short.

Women's Farside Short 9.5" - Women's Mountain Trail Bike Short

Designed to sit slightly off the body, Trim Fit products provide some room for light layering and feature mechanical (fabric) stretch or elastane, combined with articulated patterns.

I love the green colour farside shorts. I do prefer the longer short but the shorter version is fine for easy summer rides. The pocket placement is perfect for my phone and I carry items for my dog in the upper pockets.

Great colour

Saw someone wearing these at the trail and their knees looked like they had so much airflow that I had to try them. Unfortunately for me, I read reviews that said to size up because they fit smaller…I did not find that the case. All of my 7mesh pants are an M, and these are much too big in a L. Luckily I can adjust the waist and have worn them riding, and they are so comfy and stretchy. Stick with your normal size!

Great Summer shorts

I love the Farside short for both gravel riding and cross-country mountain biking. They are lightweight and stretchy. The pockets are great.

Great shorts

These shorts are perfect for those days where you don't want to wear knee pads and go out for a long MTB pedal. There is a pocket that is plenty big for your phone, and two other pockets for things like gloves and snacks. Material is great and is slightly dirt/water resistant, and plenty of stretch. Only watch out is that they run slightly smaller than 7mesh pants, so consider sizing up.

Best shorts!

I love these shorts so much, I wear them all the time. I have them from a previous season in the North Atlantic colour (which I absolutely love). I wear them biking, for other physical activity and also everyday wear. They are so comfortable and have a lot of great little details that make them exceptional - the soft waistband lining, the locking adjustable waist, the mesh in the pockets, 3 pockets!! that are well designed and even look flattering with stuff in them and the placement of the fabric/laundry tag in a pocket. I love how the seams are well placed and few. It's easy to move in the shorts and they breathe well. I am 5'3" and don't often find pants or shorts that fit well at the waist when they fit my sprinter thighs and butt, but these shorts fit well in all the places.

Favourite short ever

I love these shorts so much. The fit is great, the fabric is light, breathable and dries really fast. I also find them flattering which doesn't hurt ;)
