The Chilco Vest features our proprietary balance thermal insulation WTV 300, an advanced, lightweight loft fabric that retains or releases heat as you ride. Paired with a woven wind protective outer face fabric, the Chilco Vest works great as a second layer, but feels just as good against the skin, too. 

A large single-zip rear pocket provides plenty of space for snacks and supplies. Handily, the pocket also stows the vest when out of use, and can even attach to your frame thanks to its hidden storage straps.

Men's Chilco Vest - Men's Thermal Bike Vest

Vest fits well and is a good weight. Nice for the cool mornings and evenings.

Good weight

Biking is one of those activities where you don't want to bring a lot of dead weight and extra kit, but this is one of those pieces I bring on every bike ride all year round here in Sweden. (with the exception of peak summer). The insurance I get that I will not freeze to death on the ride by having this clipped to my handlebar att all times when not wearing this lovely and utterly warming vest is reassuring.

I rarely go riding without it

Great warmth while still being really breathable when you need it to be. I use this for milder winter riding with pants and a jersey as the combination breathes better than a windbreaker but is still warm on the downhill. Stash system works really nicely and the fit is flattering (a bit slimmer for 7mesh).

Great winter layer

Picked up the Chilco vest to help keep me warm for those chilly descents after a tough climb trails. The fabric locks the warmth in and keeps the cold air out. So happy with this vest for my fall riding and I know it will come in handy in the spring.

Perfect for shoulder season riding

Vest comes on every ride now its fall! 
sizing is as stated . The vest is stretchy and as I was just between sizes found sizing down gave me a better fit and did not compromise drop tail. 
 a chest pocket would be nice but the vest is a fantastic addition for on or off bike activities .

warm, comfortable , simple, light layer

Perfect AW layer to start the day on chilly mornings or on stops/post ride. 
Planning to grab a long sleeve jersey for the cooler months which will combine perfectly.

Super warm, lightweight

I had the Seton vest before which has loads of useful pockets, but didn’t really suit my Gravel and MTB riding outfit of baggy shorts and T-shirts. This is simpler, lighter and looks the part in black. Have worn it both on and off the bike and it is superb for UK Spring temperatures between 10-16 Celsius with a long sleeved top. I love the fact it can fold into its own pocket and clip onto the bike. The one rear pocket holds a smart phone well without it being noticeable. Two side pockets would be useful for off bike use.

Fantastic on and off the bike

Great choice for chilly rides, without feeling bulky or restricting my movement. A solid addition to any mountain biker's wardrobe.

Awesome vest!

I bought it for spring/fall riding and it has been a great addition for cool weather riding. I'm even running in the winter with it and it's perfect to keep my core warm but still breathable. I'm 6'3" and 210lb, wearing a size large.

Fantastic Vest!

At first, the price made me think twice before buying. I now have two of these vests, and you really get what you paid for. The material is very warm but breathable, it keeps you comfortable in chilly mornings without making you sweaty. Highly recommend, pairs well with a long sleeve riding shirt or jersey. Also stylish enough for around town errands.
