When you’re riding from sea to summit, a second layer that works across a wide range of conditions is key. From getting hot on the climb to feeling cool at the top, there’s no greater challenge for a garment than big swings in body temperature. Featuring our new proprietary thermal insulation WTV, the Seton Jersey features a stretch woven exterior fabric to help keep out the worst of the wind, while internally, engineered loft fabric actively retains and releases heat as you ride to keep your temperature in perfect balance. Constructed with our signature ATP fit, Seton sports a full front zipper and spacious Anything pockets.

Men's Seton Jersey | Men's Biking Long Sleeve Thermal Jersey - 7mesh

Designed to sit slightly off the body, Trim Fit products provide some room for light layering and feature mechanical (fabric) stretch or elastane, combined with articulated patterns.

Trim Fit

I acquired this jersey in September and was very excited to wear it! However, I was soon disappointed because it is so warm I wasn't able to wear it comfortably until December. LOL. That said, I can't believe how well it insulates, vents, and blocks wind at such a lightweight. I find it perfect for 5 to -10 degrees. Between 5 and 0 degrees I wear a lightweight base layer . Once it drops below 0, a lightweight merino t-shirt and my Gryphon Crew Long Sleeve are well suited. I've attached a Chilco Vest to the bike on the really cold days but haven't had to use it yet. I would recommend sizing up if you want to get a couple layers underneath, but I know from others that it performs remarkably well even when it is extra form fit to the body.

Bring on winter riding!

Amazing winter or shoulder seasons piece, super breathable while retaining warmth and protecting very well from the wind. Also the usual (but should not be taken for a given) practical features like all the pockets, high collar, great fitting, etc.

Standout new winter piece

Used this jersey on it's own for fall rides down to 5°C and it was perfect. Now using it for fat bike rides down to -5°C with a merino baselayer and it's still perfect. Vents on the way up, and shields the wind on the way down. Amazing fabric, highly recommended.

Great addition

Not sure how it manages to retain or dump just the right amount of heat, block the right amount of wind and adjust to conditions and output soo well but it does!
I bought it for Gravel and Road but its soo good I now grab it for Mountain bike rides as it keeps me from having to pack a windbreaker.

Quiver killer

I have this in both the vest and jersey and it has quickly become my favourite piece of kit. With a thermal base layer underneath it can easily handle down to low single digits. When it warms up it remains surprisingly breathable.

Perfect for fall/winter road riding

This fabric does well at wicking and blocking the wind. It’s the best thing I found yet to cover that difficult range from 35°F to 52°F.
I started a six hour day the first day I had it, throwing caution into the wind, wearing only a Ashlu jersey, and nothing more underneath it. It was fine on the descent in the cool morning, and once the day warmed up, though I would gain some moisture on the climbs it, wicked it away quickly, even in the eastern humidity. I’ve since worn it on my commute to work in temperatures as low as 32°F with the same set up with no difficulty. I wouldn’t want to go cooler without adding a layer underneath.

It is not overly packable, but can be fit in the center pocket of a jersey. all be at with some difficulty, and it could benefit from a two-way zipper, but it is, without a doubt, the most versatile garment I have for that temperature range. I wear a large in most things 7Mesh but I think I may have been better suited with a medium in this jersey.

Generally, when things are too good to be true, they are, but in this case this fabric really performs better than I could have hoped.

Impressive

New to cycling. This jersey works best for me between 12 and 18 C with a merino wool base layer. Any temp below 12, I would add a jacket over it. The jersey is breathable and pretty wind resistant. It allows just enough air in so I'm not overheating. The center pocket in the back is large enough for me to roll a thin jacket and store in it. Got a yellow one, and it's pretty bright. Wish the zippers for back pockets are bigger so it's easier to access items. But this is just my personal preference.
It looks and feels like a quality product. Very happy with it.

Great jersey

WTV - great invention. Fabric is very soft on the skin and very easy to wear. Good to very good against the wind and good against short showers. Never too hot and steamy. After 2 months I have also bought the Chilco

WTV - WTF!

The temperature regulation of this jersey is insane. There have been times I have put it on thinking it was going to be too cold but with the wind protection and cozy inside it keeps you warm well into single digit temperatures and as you warm up through the ride it lets your body heat go so you dont get that damp chill on the body. There truly is some sorcery going on with this fabric and I can not recommend this jersey enough.

Great in Many Conditions

I wore this today with a short sleeve jersey in mid 50 degree, slightly windy conditions and it was perfect. Unzipped at times to cool down then frequently zipped right back up to get warm again. Love it.
