Relaxed Fit

I love my outflow jacket, so much that when I lost one I immediately replaced it with the same thing. It's cut is great for cold winter riding here in Alberta, but looks great to wear to the bar for an apres beer too.
It packs small for bike packing missions, and I love the helmet compatible hood.
Plus I'm a big fan of the "redwood" color way.

The best?!

It just works. It's lightweight enough to not take up too much room in a bag but packs a punch on colder days. The material wipes clean very easily and the elastic cuffs and back do a great job of keeping any wind or wet tire splashes from going places you don't want. I would note that my medium sits slightly shorter in the waist than my Chilco Anorak (also in medium) so if you're layering these products I'd go a size up in this. The bigger size would be more suited to wearing as a casual layer too so it's a win win.

Warm and stylish comfort with some great design features

This has all but replaced by RAB down jacket. I wear it a bit too much. Summer evening outside, winter walks. Here in Ireland too warm, even for winter riding I think.. But to have one in the back of the van for throwing on after a winter ride or an XC race as the cold starts to set in is like having an electric blanket waiting for you. Not that I'd ever be so soft to use an electric blanket.. ahem...

Serious warmth

Firstly I was very surprised how light the jacket was. Still it gives me enough warmth. I'm using the jacket for bike commuting and everyday usages.

I'm 5'5" and chose X-Small. It fits perfectly.

Light and warm. :)

Had the jacket for a month or so and is always my go to in colder weather. The colour is such a refreshing change for the normal blacks and other dark colours. The elasticated cuff and back keep the drafts out. I haven't used it on the bike yet as the Scottish winter hasn't really hit yet. The quality seems top notch. I have had various jackets over the years and the over all feel and fit is superb.
The only slight criticism is there is no breast pocket. Never realised how often I used one till its not there, not enough of an issue to rate below 5 stars though.

Awesome Jacket

Love the look, cut, and aesthetic of the jacket. Love that it’s a little longer on the back, perfect fit. 
Not having a scrunch cord on the hood, either around the opening or around the crown of the head is a real hassle. Hard to see to the side when you turn your head. 
Also I miss having a breast pocket, inside or outside would be fine, just miss having a pocket besides the two hand pockets on the front. 
I can’t imagine these two features would add much weight at all. 3/5 stars, if it had these two features it would be 5/5.

Love the look, cut, and

I’ve had this jacket for about a month now and been wearing it mostly as an everyday piece so far. I bought this to replace an ArcTeryx Atom LT I no longer have. In several ways I prefer the Outlow. I like the longer length, the fit and finish are excellent. And the Redwood color is a refreshing change from all of the black and blue. I was a bit surprised and disappointed to find no drawcord for the hood, though. In this day and age that seems a bit of an oversight. The only other thing I feel is missing is an interior storage pocket (energy bar, chapstick, light beanie). I would actually rate this 4-1/2 stars as is - just missed out on the five by a few niggling details.

Love this jacket. As with all of the 7mesh kit I have, it fits perfectly, it's made really well, it looks really good and most importantly it does what it says it does. It is super warm, lightweight and water repellent. Would highly recommend.

Living in Vancouver, I rarely get a chance to wear this jacket; however, when I do, it is the best feeling ever. It is so good that you instantly feel warm and comfy. It provides some wind protection so you stay warm yet has plenty of ventilation to keep you from overheating. It is my favourite jacket all winter long and I cannot wait to get it back out next season.

Living in Vancouver, I rarely

I live in Austria and I currently use this Jacket also as my daily jacket when I bring my kids to the Kindergarden, to buy something in the supermarket - generally speaking for short trips in winter. For biking the jacket is also great. Very light, nice design and really warm. Here is my feedback to you: the jacket is definitely to warm for me (man, with 95-100 kg who is not freezing in winter :) for temperatures above 5 degree celsius. Below this threshold, the jacket is really really great!!! I am very happy with my purchase.
