7mesh products are guaranteed against defects. If you wear it out, good for you – but until then, it’s on us.
Unfortunately, no matter how well a product is made, faults can occur. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship for the natural lifetime of the product. 7mesh repairs or replaces warranty items at our discretion, with every effort made to repair items where possible. Please note that products damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. For non-warranty items, we request that you cover the cost of shipping the item to us, and we will do our best to repair or replace your gear at a reasonable cost.
Within 90 days of purchase: if you damage your 7mesh product in a crash, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
Within one year of purchase: if you damage your 7mesh product in a crash, we will repair it, or offer you a 50% discount off retail on a replacement purchase at our discretion.
WHAT TO DO
If your product has an issue – whether due to warranty, wear and tear, or a crash – let us know so we can help you out. North American items are repaired at our head office in beautiful Squamish, BC. If you live in Europe, we will process your product at the Outdoor Repair facility in Switzerland.
Contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) –
We will collect your information, and give you instructions on where to send your item. Returns which arrive at any of our facilities without an RA# will be refused.
