We understand that finding the right size online can sometimes take a couple of passes, which is why we're more than happy to help you organize product exchanges or returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. And we'll even provide a free, prepaid returns shipping label for your first order so you can try without commitment.
When you send items back to us, we politely ask that they remain unused, unwashed, with their original garment hangtags still attached. If you are at all unsure of the fit, sizing or just want to chat gear please let us know.
7mesh can only process exchanges and returns for products purchased directly from 7mesh.com, with an original order confirmation or sales receipt. If you bought from a 7mesh dealer, please contact them directly.
To request a refund, please fill out the form below. We'll provide you with an RA # and give you instructions on where to send your item. Returns which arrive at any of our facilities without an RA# will be refused.
Depending on how quickly you’d like to get riding again, we can process exchange requests in one of two ways:
The fastest route is to log in to your 7mesh account and place an order for a new size and/or colour after submitting the returns form below. We'll process your Return Authorization and provide instructions on how to send the unsuitable item(s) back to our local warehouse. Once we receive your exchange, we will refund your original purchase.
The most straightforward option is to submit a returns request below, send your exchange item(s) back using the instructions provided in the Return Authorization, and wait for us to process and ship out your new order. The benefit of this route is that you don't have to place a new order and make a second payment. However, please bear in mind that this option can take a little longer, depending on how many days it takes for your RA to arrive at our warehouse.
