We understand that finding the right size online can sometimes take a couple of passes, which is why we're more than happy to help you organize product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. And we'll even provide a free, prepaid returns shipping label for your first order so you can try without commitment.

Before filing your return request, we politely ask that you please review the product’s condition to confirm it is clean, unworn, and still has tags. If another customer returned it to us, would you be stoked to receive it in the same condition as a “new” product? If not, it means we won’t be reselling your product, and as a small business we can’t afford to sell two products for the price of one. Please help us reduce waste by being mindful when you try on your new 7mesh apparel.

Final Sale Items

We are here to help you find the 7mesh gear that's right for you and we understand that sometimes it wasn't meant to be. That said, some of our last chance items in our sale section are duly marked final sale and ineligible for a refund. Final sale items can be exchanged for an identical item in a different size pending availability. In such a case, return shipping will be the buyer's expense.

Starting a Return

Please request a refund using the return form here. Once you submit the form, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and provide instructions on where to send your return. Once your return arrives with us, we'll refund it, leaving you free to re-order a new size/colour if you so wish. During busy periods, refunds may take up to 7 days to process from the time it is received at our warehouse. Returns which arrive at any of our facilities more than 30 days from the date the RA# was issued will be refused. Returns without an RA# will be refused.Returns which arrive at any of our facilities without an RA# will be refused.

Please note that we can only process returns for products purchased directly from 7mesh.com, with an original order confirmation or sales receipt. If you bought from a 7mesh dealer, please contact them directly.

Exchanges

Rather than exchanges we offer return for refund, which leaves you free to place a new order for the item(s) you'd like. If a discount code was used for your original purchase, please reach out to our customer service team at service@7mesh.com or via our live-chat.

Price Adjustments

7mesh selectively discounts some items during occasional sale periods. We are stoked to see our customers take advantage of these special offers and we also understand that it can be frustrating to see the price decrease on an item you just purchased. 7mesh is happy to compensate the difference in price between the amount paid and the discounted price if the item was purchased at full price within 14 days of the commencement of the specific discount period. 

The price adjustment is only available if the identical item (style, colour and size) is in stock on the same regional website, as seen on 7mesh.com at the time of the request. Price adjustments are only available on full price merchandise, and does not include items already offered at a discount prior to the sale period.
