Got something you'd like to send back? We're here to help.

We understand that finding the right size online can sometimes take a couple of passes, which is why we're more than happy to help you organize product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. And we'll even provide a free, prepaid returns shipping label for your first order so you can try without commitment. *


STARTING A RETURN

Please request a refund using the form below. Once you submit the form, we'll provide you with an RA # and provide instructions on where to send your return. Once your return arrives with us, we'll refund it, leaving you free to re-order a new size/colour if you so wish. Returns which arrive at any of our facilities without an RA# will be refused.

When you send items back to us, we politely ask that they remain unused, unwashed, with their original garment hangtags still attached. If you are at all unsure of the fit, sizing or just want to chat gear please let us know.

Please note that we can only process returns for products purchased directly from 7mesh.com, with an original order confirmation or sales receipt. If you bought from a 7mesh dealer, please contact them directly.
