Trimmables | 7mesh

Measure twice, cut once

Trimmable

Go out for a spin or two, and note if the pant or warmer bunches up around the knee, or feels too long around the wrists or ankles.

After a few rides, if you have decided to trim the cuffs or hems, grab yourself a sharp pair of scissors and lay the pant or warmer on a flat surface. Trim the first piece along the dotted line on the thunderpants or in a straight line between the bartack stitching on your warmer. We recommend cutting longer the first time and going for a ride after each trim to ensure you don’t go too short. 7mesh cannot repair or replace product that have been trimmed too short.

When you are happy with the length, trim the second piece along the same dotted line on the thunderpants or between the same bartack stitching on your warmer, as the first. Note, when trimming a pant your leg length changes as you pedal so make sure you leave enough length to meet your shoes.
