7mesh exists to create apparel solutions for people who seek adventure. We strive to push the pinnacle of product innovation and keep the spark burning. We want to be the best at what we do.
2013
Former Arc’teryx leaders came together in Squamish with a goal of bringing a new level of technical innovation to cycling apparel.
2014
First product launch, the Revelation Jacket. The first GoreTex Active product in cycling.
2015
Our first bib short and the launch of clean finish construction. A cornerstone piece in cycling and we hit the ground running with awards and a loyal product following.
2017
The Oro launched at just 93g, making it one of hte lightest cycling jackets on the market at hte time. Built with GORE-TEX Active and SHAKEDRY, it became an iconic example of 7mesh's obsession with lightweight protection.
2022
A propriety fabric which took a new approach to breathable thermals.
2024
Documentary telling the story of Patrick Lucas, Thomas Schoen, and Tom Eustache of the Simpcw First Nation, and how their unlikely friendships led to the creation of the Indigenous Youth Mountain Bike Program.
2019
Fiona Kolbinger became the first woman to win the 4,000 km Transcontinental Race, putting 7mesh equipment through an extraordinary real-world test and becoming an important moment in the brand’s ultra-endurance story.
2022
A new way to carry outerwear on your bike, so you're never caught out in the rain.
2025
Launch of the Guardian Collection and GoreTex ePE. Our first foray back into the world of outdoor.
2026
After a decade of using cycling as its testing ground, 7mesh begins bringing its technical expertise into a broader outdoor offering. Today, the range spans cycling, trail, outdoor apparel and alpine-focused products bringing the brand closer to its original idea of creating gear for every adventure.
7mesh isn’t a real word, but it was inspired by a very important one.
7mesh is a nod to Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh, the Indigenous name for the area where we live and work. It acknowledges the history and language of the Squamish Nation while reflecting our commitment to learning, respect, and progress on Indigenous issues.
Our “7m” logo is inspired by the landscape around us. The “7” represents Nch’kay (Mt. Garibaldi), while the “m” reflects the rugged curves of Siyám Smánit (the Stawamus Chief). Together, they symbolize the mountains, community, and endless opportunities for adventure that inspire us every day.

After over a decade leading Arc’teryx, our founders left to build something different. They wanted to bring new technologies they’d pioneered in outdoor to cycling, and fill a gap in the industry.
7mesh has used cycling as a testing ground for a decade, winning awards, bringing innovation and inspiring riders to push past that next ridge. Now we’ve come back full circle. Bringing the passion, technical solutions and advanced fabrics we mastered over a decade, back to the outdoor world.
Like any true generalist, flexible and open to anything, we return constantly to the question of what if? To support such a question requires the kind of gear built for the innovative spirit of our founders, the mountains of our home base in Squamish, BC, and the free wheeling yet relentless perseverance of people who dare to do more.

Squamish is our home. It's a place where big mountains and coastal forests are part of everyday life. It’s where we ride, run, explore, test new ideas, and find inspiration for the products we make.
But our community extends far beyond our backyard. It’s the people we meet along the way, the adventures we share, and the stories that inspire us to keep moving outside.
